Privacy Policy
TourLabel (“we”, “us”) provides patch-sheet and label-management tools for live production professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. Plain English — no dark patterns.
What we collect
- Account identifier — when you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable Apple-issued user ID and, if you choose to share it, your email (or a private relay address). We use these to link your projects to you across devices.
- Your project data — patch sheets, racks, stage boxes, console positions, mics, stands, notes, label templates. Whatever you type in. We store this so it syncs between your iPhone and the web app.
- Basic technical logs — Cloudflare-level request logs (IP address, timestamp, error codes) used only for debugging and abuse prevention. Kept for at most 30 days.
What we don’t collect
- No advertising identifiers. No ad networks.
- No third-party analytics that build a profile of you.
- No access to your device’s contacts, photos, calendar, or location.
How we use it
- To sync your projects between devices and the web.
- To let you print labels to Bluetooth printers you pair with the app.
- To reply to you if you send us feedback or a bug report.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. Ever. We use a small set of vendors purely as infrastructure — they process data on our behalf under contract:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage (D1 / R2), and CDN.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store, TestFlight.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app’s Account tab or the web’s account page. When you do, we permanently remove your projects and account within 30 days. If you can’t reach a working build, email us at the address below and we’ll do it for you.
Children
TourLabel is a professional tool, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, if you have an account, notify you in the app before the changes take effect.
