Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of TourLabel — the iOS app, the web app at app.tour-label.com, and any associated services. By using TourLabel you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for keeping access to that Apple ID secure. One person per account, please. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Your content
Patch sheets, labels, notes, printer configuration — everything you create in TourLabel stays yours. We store it so it can sync between your devices; we don’t claim any ownership of it, and we don’t use it to train anything.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use TourLabel for anything illegal.
- Don’t attempt to access other accounts, reverse-engineer our services, or disrupt them.
- Don’t upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Beta software
During the TestFlight beta, TourLabel is provided as-is. Things may break; data loss is unlikely but possible. Keep a backup of anything you can’t re-create. Feedback and bug reports are always welcome at feedback@tour-label.com.
Pricing
The beta is free. If we introduce a paid tier we’ll say so clearly and never move existing free-tier data behind a paywall without notice.
Termination
You may stop using TourLabel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms — we’ll try to give you a heads-up first when the situation allows.
Warranty and liability
TourLabel is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and notify you in the app before they take effect.
